Issue with run.regions / summary

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the run.regions analysis - it's hard to tell whether the issue is with this function or the way the results are displayed with summary().
Essentially, when I try to run summary() on the results of the analysis, the following output appears instead of actual results:

summary(res)
Length Class Mode
tbl 1 -none- list
regions 1 -none- list

The rest of the functions seem to be running fine up to this point. I have tried running this with my own data and with the example data with the same issue. My colleague has tried doing exactly the same thing on her computer with no issues - literally the only difference we can find between the way we have run it is that she has a mac and and I have windows. I've also tried re-installing all relevant packages with no success.

Hi Erica,
Unfortunately we never found a solution to the problem and it also turned out it wasn't a mac vs pc issue because my supervisor tried running it on her mac with the same issue. We found an old computer in our office with everything already installed properly and just had to run it on there. I suspect it's a package dependencies issue because this package hasn't been updated in a long time. Sorry not to be more help.

I was able to get semi get around this problem, by printing the summary per population with:

summary.origin.results(res$tbl[[1]]) #change the number to population/site of interest
longitude latitude q r1 r10 r100 d1 rsq pval
125.5317 -16.41474 0.0006442162 0.9987132 0.9872796 0.8858626 7.839768 0.2742461 1.049256e-49

Also, do you happen to know if in the psi matrix output, are the rows or columns the source/beginning populations?
