Hi
On this step
res <- run.single.region("region_5", pop=pop, psi=psi, xlen=40,ylen=50, output.file.name = "finalanalysis.txt")
pdf("imagen_reg5.pdf")
plot(res)
dev.off()
I generate the map for population 5, for example, but the map looks too "zoomed in", and I would like to see the map a bit "zoomed out", so I can tell where in the map the samples are.... Attached is an example of the current output...
imagen_reg5.pdf
sorry for the basic question... and poor description of the issue, its 3.36 am here, so, half brain functioning.
Thanks for any help
