Possible upstreaming of various features from fork?

Hi, I've maintained a fork of DisFabric for some time at the-glitch-network/DisFabric and like to know if there'd be any interest of upstreaming any of the changes I've added.

Changes applicable for upstreaming

• Command system using a switch and being lenient on prefixes
• Various bugfixes and debugging tooling
• UI & UX changes to integrate better and be more seamless
• /report and /suggest commands. Note, this was rather server-specific, but might be useful for other server admins.
• Using Markdown Chat as a library for better markdown support
• Maintaining signed state of /shrug (Not applicable for 1.19.3+)
• Table flip & unflip commands

If you'd like any of these changes, feel free to let me know and I can create PRs corresponding to the changes. If not, that's fine.
