[Feature Request] Reload Command & Disable Messages

Could you add a reload command to the plugin so I can reload the messages config.
And also make it possible to leave a message string empty to disable it from being sent, right now if you leave the message string empty, it just sends an empty message in chat when I think it shouldn't send anything.

Empty strings should not be sent to users — I'll be fixing that real soon.
I’m not fully sold on adding a reload command yet, but I’ll consider it.

The /locator reload is now a feature in v1.3. Funnily enough, as simple as the problem of the blank lines sounds, it has not been fixed yet. To properly remedy this I'd need to either: change an important library for a different one, or shade a fork of it which I'd need to 'maintain'. None of these solutions are ideal, so I've decided to postpone this for now.

I'll leave the issue open until a fix for it is released.
