Description

After exiting video or youTube fullscreen in Brave (or any Chromium-based browser), the top bar loses its spacing/gap and stays collapsed as if a maximized window is present, even after the browser returns to a normal tiled/windowed state.

Expected Behavior

The top bar should restore its configured spacing after the browser exits fullscreen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open brave or chromium based browser
2. Search video or open youtube and play any video
3. enter fullscreen
4. exit fullscrean
5. The top bar gap/spacing disappears
