my friend is attempting to install the extension authenticator on mac. (I have it on a windows device).
when he installs it, he does not have the SCAN QR, or EDIT PENCIL ,icons at top right of the authenticator extension, (when he clicks on the PUZZLE icon). It takes him directly to the Settings sectin.
How to get this extension installed to contain the QR scan, and PENCIL EDIT icons?
any help appreciated, thanks
he has uninstalled/reinstalled/restarted, etc
