Am I the only one who cannot install nor find 0.1.2.3?

Am I the only one who cannot install nor find 0.1.2.3?

I've tried to install the newest package of Ecopy with pip through commando prompt and Pycharm, but the only version I can find and install is 0.1.2.2. It seems like CCA is fixed in the new version, so I would really like to try it.
