The Windows 11 Release Information page states to use MSGraph API now for this type of activity.

I've been using the heck out of this module with automations and built a similar one for macOS but doing screen scraping. I appreciate the work here and am happy to help out with this in any way. I may have to build this on my own for now.

Oh no! I knew this would be coming at some point, I'll be honest it is tiring keeping up scraping anyway.

This poses many challenges, I'll need to sit and have a long hard think what this means for the module, initial thoughts are keeping a database sourced from the graph API, assuming it is sufficient.

Your offer of help is appreciated and I'll bare it in mind, I could probably do with the help, should I go down this road!

It doesn't seem to be completely broken. I only need it for Windows Server and 2016 and 2019 stopped working, but 2022 and 2025 still report.

Agreed. Been using this to auto update compliance baselines for a while now and would love to see it fixed.

Got the same result for Win 11. The silently continue seems to be suppressing an error from the Invoke-Restmethod at 474. Commenting out the whole 'Obtain data from website' section (457 - 517) lets the script run normally for me.

Looks like it continues to just scrape the standard release page at that point. Not sure if any old data is missing or there are other implications of doing it this way though.

For now I'm just throwing the Get-LatestOSBuild function with the one section commented out into the top of my runbook and checking back regularly for updates. Happy to help test as well.
