Why removal of dependency for python 3.10 in newest version

Just a quick question on why python 3.10 is no longer supported for this version
pip install cell-eval with python=3.10 only get version 0.68.0 now

Hey, I wondered about the same thing a couple of days ago and dug into it a bit, here's what I found.

The 3.10 drop happened in commit 4d39b85 ("refactor: update to new pdex"), which bumped pdex from 0.1.26 to 0.2.0. That pdex release is the numba-backed pdex rewrite, and it pins numpy>=2.4.2 and numba>=0.64.0. NumPy dropped Python 3.10 starting with the 2.3 series, so anything pulling in numpy>=2.3 forces >=3.11.

That's why pip resolves you to 0.68.0 on 3.10. It's the last release before the pdex 0.2.0 upgrade.
