FAQ 7 named both AirPlay and Spotify Connect but only linked the AirPlay
Receiver plugin, leaving anyone after Spotify Connect to go find it.
Link both plugins, and state the requirement the Spotify Connect one
carries: it needs a Spotify Premium account, and free accounts do not
work. Both plugins are early in development with limited functionality, so
that caveat now covers the pair rather than AirPlay alone.
Verified both plugin pages return 200.
