Orbiting/Observing not fully working in Endron dungeon

Issue Summary:

If you try to orbit a mob while they're in the Endron dungeon, your ghost isn't teleported to them and you cannot hear them. It effectively does nothing.
If you try to observe a mob in the Endron dungeon, then you can "orbit" them and see their surroundings, but you can still only hear where you were before you observed them. You're still effectively where you started, just viewing the mob you observed.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Place an observable mob in the Endron dungeon, or simply confirm that the Grey Mass Ultraspore mob is alive on the map.
2. Select them in the Orbit menu
3. Toggle Auto-Observe
4. Select them in the Orbit menu again
