In v4.0.2, "Fill" wallpaper mode now exhibits horizontal scrolling between home screens, whereas in v3.2.1 it did not scroll. This removes the non-scrolling behavior that previously distinguished "Fill" from "None" mode.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install v4.0.2
Set a wallpaper using "Fill" mode
Swipe between home screens
Wallpaper scrolls left to right
For comparison:
Uninstall v4.0.2
Install v3.2.1 from the repo releases
Set the same wallpaper using "Fill" mode
Swipe between home screens
Wallpaper does not scroll
Expected behavior
"Fill" mode should behave as it did in v3.2.1. The wallpaper should stay static with no horizontal scrolling between home screens. The current behavior where both modes scroll removes the unique characteristic of "Fill" mode. In the new version there is no difference between "Fill" and "None".

Tested by directly uninstalling v4.0.2 and side loading v3.2.1 from the GitHub releases repo to compare behavior. The regression appears to be tied to the change log entry: "Restored native static FILL scrolling so wide wallpapers move between their real left and right edges without synthetic launcher-sized overflow." This change seems to have inadvertently applied the scrolling behavior to "Fill" mode, which previously did not scroll.
