[Bug] Wallpaper positioning is different between home and lock screen

Describe the bug
Positioning of the wallpaper isn't consistent between lockscreen and homescreen, resulting in a jarring transition between lockscreen and homescreen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (appears to be device specific as it doesn't happen on my old samsung):

1. Set same home and lock screen static wallpaper in Paperize with scaling set to fill
2. Go to phone's lock screen
3. Unlock phone
4. Wallpaper shifts slightly when homescreen is displayed

Expected behavior
Wallpaper should be positioned the same on both lockscreen and homescreen

Additional context

• Doesn't happen in Live wallpaper mode
• Did not happen on v3.2.1
• Occurs on both stock and 3rd party launchers (lawnchair launcher)
• Doesn't appear to happen on my Samsung Galaxy A52s (OneUI 6.1/Android 14/stock launcher)
• Unable to test with other scaling modes as they aren't working correctly (solid black wallpaper when using fit or none, and absurdly stretched for stretch)

In case it is related, since the most recent update I'm having an issue where the "fill" screen setting sometimes uses the left part of the wallpaper image, other times is uses the center of the imagie (which is what it should be doing).
