Create Bounding box based on placed boxes

Allow user to lay boxes at pertinent point and then create a volume encompassing all points

In tile plan widget, add option to lay points and create box

Acceptance Criteria

• Add option or expand on existing option to set points
• when prompted, create volume encompassing points
