Side bias plot starts at trial ~50, instead of trial 0. for the current system, we always make the side bias have a value of 0 for the first set of trials (where the side bias is not yet computed). This is important because then the vector of side bias values is the same as the number of trials. I'm assuming this value is inherited from the acquisition, not the QC report. The top row (side bias plot) show have annotations for interventions. I would add a vertical tick mark on trials where auto-water was given to combat side bias, and a tick mark where the lickspout was moved.
