Lower the price of mega stones in the holo-shop for players on servers.

Servers that employ a boundary will eventually run out of these naturally spawning mega stones, thankfully the holo shop is still an effective and fun way to get them, but they are quite expensive at 15 bp per, lowering this to 10 bp per mega stone would help.
