[Modpack Bug]: Incorrect quest order in Chapter 1

Describe the bug :

At the end of quests in Chapter 1 (added by @ToshibaEC0Microwave), "To The End" quest need "Ender Dragon" quest to be completed to unlock.

How to reproduce the bug :

1. Install All the Mods 11 (0.2.1)
2. Open Quest Book

Expected behavior :

"To The End" quest should be unlocked with "Blazes" quest completed, not needing "Ender Dragon" quest to be completed.
