[Bug] In the observability trace table, we are not displaying the exceptions in the output column

The observability trace table shows an em dash in the output column even when the trace contains exception details.

In the trace detail view, the exception is visible under the Exception section, including the message and stack trace.

I looked into this. The root cause is in getObservabilityColumns.tsx — the output column only renders record?.data?.outputs and has no fallback to display exception information when outputs are empty/null:

When a trace has an exception but no output (which is common for errored spans), the column shows an em dash because record?.data?.outputs is empty.

A fix would be to add fallback logic in the output column's render function — e.g., if record?.data?.outputs is null/empty and record?.data?.exception exists, display a truncated version of the exception message (perhaps with distinct styling like red text to indicate it's an error, similar to the #FBE7E7 background used in the detail view [1]).
