Describe the bug
A few of the apps I know are installed (namely the system Calculator and Baazar for flatpaks installations, maybe other ones but there are the ones I noticed) don't show up in the app grid or in the search. I have checked with Pins, in GNOME Software and and with the command line that they are indeed installed, but they don't show up.
To Reproduce
I unfortunately don't know what causes this.
Expected behavior
The apps should appear in the grid and in the search.
