Translated headers in AdeptImport (another problem)

All comments in the original C headers are stripped. The users can't understand the context. It's impossible to just read the Adept translation to understand what is going on. You still have to read the original C headers.

Yeah at the time of their creation, support for argument names in foreign function declarations didn't exist which is why.
