How to use this Repo

First of all, thank you for your great work on this project! I have two questions:

I am wondering how to use this repo. Is it the same way to use Openroad?(Can i use docker to install it?) 
Is there any new tcl commands to use the algorithm mentioned in DG-RePLAce?
