Keep Results usable on normal screen sizes

Outcome

Researchers can view and use the complete Results workspace at ordinary desktop widths and on narrow screens, without horizontal overflow hiding important controls or cards.

Scope

• Fix width containment in the Run View and nested Result content.
• Confirm the Results workspace is visible at ordinary desktop and narrow viewport sizes.
• Add one practical browser regression check for the overflow.
• Preserve the existing Gradio-based presentation approach.

Out of scope

• The full accessibility and theme work tracked in Run View: finish accessibility and credential safety #10.
• A separate frontend.

Relationship

This pulls the release-blocking layout fix forward from #10. The rest of #10 remains blocked by #9.

• The outer split view requires columns with 15rem and 24rem minimums: setscout/presentation.py:31-37.
• Result checks add another three-column grid with a 12rem final minimum: setscout/presentation.py:89-94.
• The existing mobile rule changes those two grids only below 700px: setscout/presentation.py:108-112.
