Color scheme fails to inherit the "Accept Color from Wallpaper" setting

Describe the bug
In some applications, specifically system settings, the highlighted text and highlighted background become transparent if the "Select color from Wallpaper" setting is chosen.

I've isolated the issue to the following:

If you set the accent color to match the wallpaper, the following values in KDE Globals end up getting changed.

BackgroundAlternate=163,139,81,0
BackgroundNormal=163,139,81,0
[...]
ForegroundInactive=0,0,0,1
[...]
ForegroundNormal=0,0,0,1

So the 0's in the first two background settings are setting the highlighted selection background to be transparent. And then the foreground values are setting it to have an alpha of 1, which makes it essentially transparent.

I'm not 100% sure if this is a result of Glass but this is the only theme/color theme that has this issue.

Yep, this is a known bug with QtQuick applications. What happens is that if the View background has an alpha value, both highlight color from wallpaper and custom color will be transparent in Settings (and likely other apps).

Originally the issue was with all apps, but I was able to find a workaround for standard Qt/KDE apps in that the Glass application theme will force opacity of the Selection background to be not transparent. I've not found a fix for the QtQuick apps.
