Doesn't work with the Microsoft Clock app when using "Keep on top"

Any suggestions with how I could modify this to work when using the Microsoft Clock app? If I use the "Keep on top" feature with timers in the Microsoft clock app it won't switch back to the powerpoint unless I click on it again.
