Right vlick does not show context menu on unicode file names

I still have the issue described at #73. On the files listed in #76, right click does nothing if there are non-ascii characters.

Example:

BABYMETAL - ド・キ・ド・キ☆モーニング (Doki Doki☆Morning).mp4  -> right click: nothing
Bella Ciao dopo la Santa Messa.mp4  -> right click: regular pop-up menu

I can confirm: right-clicking on files with Unicode names does not open the menu.
