Move important options referring to packing/unpacking to the appropriate dialog

For users that frequently pack/unpack files, the options marked in the screenshot above would be much more useful if they were put on the actual dialog that appears when packing/unpacking. The strong rationale here would be that they are used at every operation with archives, depending on the situation of course. They are not set-it-and-forget-it like other option in Options - Configuration.

What is the reason of having them in both places?
